Firstly, we meticulously gather St. John's Wort plants for the oil in our formulation from their natural habitat 800 meters above sea level. Hand-picked from areas untouched by vehicles or agricultural spraying, we ensure minimal disruption to the plants' roots, allowing them to regrow dried buds the following year.
We favor olive oil sourced from olives grown in the Aegean mountain region. Utilizing an ancient method, we steep the collected St. John's Wort in olive oil. This process involves 40 days of sunlight and 40 days of darkness, performed at an altitude of 800-900 meters. This unique approach harnesses the sun's rays during the day and cool temperatures at night to optimize the mixture's absorption of plant extracts.
