Your satisfaction is our goal. We are a young company that wants to go above and beyond so that we can turn every customer into our spokesperson. We understand that there are some instances where a product might not be the right fit for you or you placed the order by mistake. If you don’t enjoy your first package from us, let us know so that we can help return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt, using the contact form to obtain a return label for your purchase.
The returned items must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle in order to qualify and must have been purchased through directly our website.
Please note:
– We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
– All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label is emailed, otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund.
